Robert Pattinson Can't Make a Clean Getaway

Robert Pattinson had a ton of photographers waiting for him at LAX earlier today, as he headed through security to catch a flight. We're still going over the Pattinson goodies we were treated to at last night's MTV Movie Awards, from all of Twilight's winnings to Rob and Kristen's almost-kiss moment. Apparently Rob didn't want to hang around in LA and bask in the afterglow, but we're hoping he won't disappear entirely in his time off before filming Eclipse.
