An attorney for Michael Jackson filed his will in Los Angeles Superior Court this morning, according to CNN. Here are some of the details that have been made public. Michael placed his entire estate into the Michael Jackson Family Trust, which is another document that will also be filed with the court today. He asked that his mother, Katherine Jackson, be legal guardian of his three children. If she was unable, then he asked that Diana Ross serve as his children's legal guardian. And as for the mother of his two oldest children, Debbie Rowe? I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson," Jackson's will said.
