Taking some time off of her New York City digs, Whitney Port was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills, California yesterday afternoon (December 1). The “Hills” hottie had much to do, running several errands before stopping into a nail salon to get a manicure, looking hot in a short floral-print dress.
