David Letterman made a fairly explosive admission on his show tonight. He came clean about affairs he had with female employees and a recent extortion plot to bring it all out into the open. He got the police involved and an arrest was made today of the man who tried to get $2 million from Dave to keep quiet. The segment is super awkward since it doesn't seem like the audience knows that he's being serious and he does crack jokes throughout. The whole thing seems a bit out of nowhere, but then again there's so much celebrity scandal these days it's getting harder to actually expect anyone famous is totally squeaky clean.
