Former Edwards Aide Files Appeal

Andrew Young, a former aide to John Edwards, along with Young's wife Cheri, have filed an appeal challenging a court's ruling that they must turn over materials Edwards' former mistress Rielle Hunter claims are hers. On Friday, a judge ordered the Youngs to turn over materials alleged to include a sex tape featuring Edwards and a pregnant woman, by Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Youngs are now appealing that commandment.[Read full story on The Insider]
