Three Counts Filed Against Charlie Sheen

"The Insider" has learned what happened inside the Aspen, CO courtroom today, where Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller appeared related to an alleged domestic violence dispute last Christmas. Three counts were filed against Sheen -- a felony menacing count and two misdemeanors (3rd degree assault and criminal mischief). A restraining order barring Sheen and Mueller from being in contact was also lifted Monday. The next court date on the matter is set for March 15.
