Amid reports that "Dancing With The Stars" pro dancer Karina Smirnoff has suffered an injury requiring surgery, "The Insider" has the details behind Karina's condition. A representative for ABC tells "The Insider": "[Karina] has had minor surgery, but is doing well and expected to recover in time to begin training for the next season of 'DWTS.'"
